Abby Lee Miller Lawsuit Alleges Retained Catheter After Spinal Surgery at Cedars-Sinai – June 4, 2025
Abby Lee Miller filed a lawsuit against Cedars-Sinai Marina Del Rey Hospital after doctors allegedly left a catheter inside her body following spinal surgery. She experienced chronic abdominal pain for years and repeatedly reported her symptoms to medical providers. However, doctors allegedly dismissed her concerns until a 2024 CT scan revealed the retained catheter.
Doctors then performed a procedure to remove the device. She now seeks damages for medical malpractice and negligence.
